SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Please refer to the manual included with your unit for operating instructions, a troubleshooting chart, and a preventative maintenance guide for your Dimplex Thermal Solutions Chiller.  

 

Should you find a problem that is not outlined or resolvable by the methods described, please call Dimplex Thermal Solutions directly and have the following information available when you place the call:

 *Serial Number (located on electrical panel)
 *Chiller manual and enclosed prints 


Contact Information: 

 

Call Dimplex Thermal Solutions at 1-800-968-5665 and ask to speak with a service technician.  You will be directed to the first available DTS factory service technician.

 

During evenings and weekends, dial 1-800-968-5665 and choose Service (option 6 in the automated menu) and your call will be automatically forwarded to the service technician on emergency duty. They will return your call directly, to give technical assistance. If it is deemed during this diagnosis that parts or a service technician are required, both will be dispatched to the customer site on the next regular business day.

 

Warranty Information:

 

Your chillers are backed by our industry leading manufacturers warranty from the date of shipment depending on brand.

 

·         Schreiber brand units 12 month parts and labor

 

Ongoing preventive maintenance is required. As outlined in your warranty, please contact Dimplex Thermal Solutions Service Department for prior authorization before completing any necessary repairs.
