Laser Installation Tips:
  • Piping connecting chiller and process should be of non-ferrous construction
  • Outdoor installations are for glycol-only designs, other mixes require a special design.
  • Note the distance from chiller to process 
  • Overhead piping requires anti-back flow kit

 

 

Water Quality Requirements:

  • Water should be clean and 100 micron or better
  • Bacteria inhibitors should be noted when quoting since many inhibitors create problems with seals.
  • De-ionized water - qualities over 200,000 M-ohms resistivity will require plastic or stainless steel.
